If being drenched in sweat is the measure of doing the work, then you’ll hit your mark every class. Even if you remain in a restorative pose the whole time (which is a completely valid way to spend your time on the mat). Jokes aside, hot yoga can be a limit-testing workout, or a deep softening into your body. Often it’s both.
