We hope you have been staying warm (or even better – HOT) through this cold February weather. Now that you have settled in to 2016, let’s have some yoga fun!
To start off, we are offering our first in a series of Posture Clinics that will take place every 6-8 weeks over the course of the year. These two hour workshops will break down 4-6 postures at a time in a format where questions are welcome. Great for new students as well as experienced practitioners! The room will be warm, but not hot.

We are also exited to get our yoga community involved in a fundraising event for the American Lung Association. The Fight for Air Climb helps make a positive impact in the lives of those affected by lung disease. On Saturday, April 2nd, individuals and teams will climb all 40 floors of the tallest building in St. Louis, Metropolitan Square – totaling 856 steps.
