    We will kick off the week with our next Posture Clinic. Join us this Sunday, September 18th from 12-2pm. We will start off with Standing Separate Leg Stretching and hope to make it through Toe Stand. Come with your questions and let’s explore and have fun! Cost is $25.

    We have teamed up with Monica Koch of Klean & Lean to bring you a BRAND NEW class. Our Pure Hot HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is designed with the yogi in mind!
    Join us for this amazing sequence of movement that touches on every muscle and challenge your entire body at once. No equipment and no jumping required. If you are feeling like you need a little “something else” look no further!

    Please note, some classes will be held in lieu of current yoga classes for this week only. Space is limited, so arrive early to guarantee your spot! 
    You will need clean tennis shoes and a towel for this one hour class.
